Zero customer care and zero after sales support!!!

I logged a call with Vumatel on 01 March- the box they didn’t install properly inside my unit fell and a yellow wire snapped. I have been calling them day in and out to fix. I am without internet for 4 days now and counting! They keep saying a technician is dispatched, then change to telling me it’s referred to an installation manager, what is what exactly????? Absolutely pathetic service and zero after sales support. You will complain until you are blue in the face and they couldn’t be bothered. We are working from home and for 4 days and counting no internet, really now?????! Most pathetic service ever!
