Zero care on customer services .still waiting on activation

I have been waiting for line activation, I was installed and installation technicians told Me the issue will be escalated to maintenance cause of high losses ,maintenance team came out and told Me it’s sorted now till now the line is still Not active, isp says Vuma has not sign the order as completed, seems like Vuma gives zero **** about clients am ****ed and irritated I wish we could get another fno at this complex cause this is now ****
