Zero Care for Customers
I have been without internet since Monday, spoke to one of their workers who said a technician will be sent but no technician showed up.

01 Apr 2024, 15:28Technian arrived on Saturday and advised the problem is the cables and Civil team will be sent but i still have no internet now im getting directed to Nivraan Singh with my ticket number first email said Maintainance partner will arrive today and Suddenly you tell me he will arrive on Wednsday, I don't use your services to surf the internet but i need it to work and i have not been working for a week..I need to this sorted out ASAP or cancel my services
