Zero accountability even when emailing direct complaints

Not sure why posting when 3500 reviews have not a single business response. It seems either service is so bad they don't bother or they cannot be bothered to use the hellopeter review system. Going into second week of no fibre connection. My 50mb line runs at a useless 0.07Mbps
