Your service is poor

I’m angry and super frustrated by you. For the past four days i have no internet connection. I waited over two hours on the phone trying to speak to you consultants with no luck . Your service is beyond poor. I logged a ticket i received email that it resolved but it wasn’t its the holidays i cant even watch my smart tv or listen to music because of you. On whatsapp you take over 4 mins to respond.
