Your service is non-existent

Our internet has been off for a week. I logged a fault with my ISP on the 10th of December (ISP-***). This ticket has been escalated numerous times and a dispute with Vumatel was eventually logged on the 14th of December. Vumatel is supposed to send a technician to us, but no joy. No phonecalls, no emails, no way of contacting them except through the ISP. The service we are receiving from Vumatel is atrocious. Given that they are the only fibre provider in our area, we are being held hostage by this company. We would move in a heartbeat if we had another option.
