YOU ARE SELLING A LIE!

I was not going to take this to Hello Peter in order to give Vuma a chance, but here I am...

With a CPE instillation that was installed 2 weeks ago, multiple phone calls later, along with buckets full of patience... I am furious but mostly disappointed in such ********** 'service' from you Vuma.

I don't even have energy to go into the whole debacle over these past 2 weeks, but PLEASE can someone take responsibility to rectify this huge stuff up of your behalf. I AM SICK TO DEATH of running after you, you can now run after ME, as a business should do for their clients to start with.

I still have a blue flashing light on my CPE. After FINALLY getting to speak to a coordinator on Friday, I was PROMISED someone would be at my house today (Monday 1st October). To my surprise they rocked up even earlier, on Saturday afternoon, GREAT... FINALLY some hope from Vuma, I was then told by the technicians that no they cannot help as they need a specialist to come in due to some light that was showing on the outside box. Well I let it be as I am already so used to being let down by you, and off they went.

No one has called me today letting me know they are at mu house as promised, so - BIG SHOCKER HERE - I called AGAIN.... I provided my reference number and was advised that a coordinator is calling me within half an hour, guess what time that was vuma...that was at 12! It is now 2.30pm

SO! I am ready to cancel as I have been conned into having an instillation with nothing else being carried out from there. The trick now is, how do I get through to a coordinator again so that I can cancel this disgusting service you are so called providing????
