Hi, I have a problem with Vumatel and their ****ty service, they are quick to take the money but very slow to actually reconnect you after making the payment, I took out their special in July where I paid R18.99 subscription and had to pay R400 a month after, that was done as arranged now last month I made a payment again with the same R400 on the 28th of Sept but till today my connection has still not been restored, they don't have call centres that you can actually complain to only thing that happens is that you get sent from pillar to post and no one can actually assist, was advised that my service provider is MWEB, I gave them a call today to get assistance but was actually told that my account was cancelled 3 months after my subcription and no one informed me of this, they did accept the payment last month but some home MWEB doesn't even know about my account..***
