Wrong installation and no internet access

I've been trying to get into contact with Vumatel since they came to install the Fiber in my home which was Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me. the technicians place the router on the wrong place where there is no signal at all without even asking me where my signal is better, i have not even been with them for a week and they are already problematic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and to make it worse there is no inter access at all
