Would definitely not recommend

We took the package for 10mb download and 2mb upload because it’s only me and my mother living together and we mainly use WiFi for Whatsapp and or Facebook. We have been with Mweb/Vuma less than a month and then we received a email stating that our package has been discontinued after this month they will upgrade us to the next one, on our charges.

How is it possible that within one month of activation the package is not available anymore? I feel they could have warned us this before we agreed to anything
