WORST SERVICES EVER. BAD SERVICE EVER

This is the second time im having a problem with Vuma, it took them 5 days to allocate my payment, on Friday my services were connected. Monday morning my services were disconnected again, i sent out a whatsapp to thier number and i spoke to 10 different consultants. They all told me different stories. Im wondering how they hire people if they cant help out. I have sent out my proof of payment to all these consultants but non of them helped.
