Worst services

I have been waiting over a month for you to activate my WiFi. I’ve been talking to countless agents on your WhatsApp and each person advising me something different than the other, I’ve had a run around for more than a month. I’ve escalated to your complaints department which didn’t make the case any easier and they just stopped replying. Please tell me how on earth are we supposed to trust in your services when you refuse to help your customers? This is the worst services I’ve ever had. Please fix this issue asap!!!!!
