Worst service with Vumatel

I initially did an order with vumatel in 2021 and paid for it. And nothing happened. So I recently placed another on in April. And was told I cant as i have an existing order on the sytem. So I decided to go with the 2021 order. Someone from vumatel called confirming the order and ensuring me it's paid for. Thereafter I had an instalation done 24 may 2023 and to date it's not activated. I'm told by web Africa that the query is with vumatel. Over 2 weeks and still no update. You speak 5 different consultants on web Africa platform narrating the whole story all over again only to be told the query has been escalated to vumatel.
