Worst service than even Telkom

Recently there was a problem with the Fiber, since then we can hardly work with the speed we have available. We are subscribed via Supersonic. You can no longer contact Vumatel directly and you have to wait hour's on line to complain, there is an option 6them to contact you back, which I eventually did after 30min or more. They have taken more than 18 hours to get back to us, but I was busy on the line with another call. We were at download this evening 3mb/s, and 5mb/s upload, we are contracted for 50mn/s up and download
