Worst service since Telkom

Absolutely useless. Been in my street and neighboring streets several times over the last 4 days and they've still done nothing to resolve my lack of connection. I can see the cable fault that they apparently couldn't identify. I don't know what happened since my installation 5 years ago but this company is clearly tanking. If I had any other choice, I'd have moved yesterday.
