Worst service provider I've ever experienced

Nonsense company this one. I am absolutely defeated by Vumatel, the blatant disregard for their customers is maddening.

Getting sent from pillar to post just for activation, no straight answers from Infini-fi who just point their fingers at Vumatel as if that helps us. We rely on being online for work and this has put a strain on my family.

How can you make people pay for a service you're not willing to provide??! How is this even legal??
