Worst service provider ever ! HY

I am writing with extreme anger over the lack of service from Vumatel. I have logged numerous calls; send several emails and even reached out to their whatsapp line and still my issue is not resolved.I have been without internet for over a month now and have been told a couple of time that the billing issue from their side will be sorted out but unfortunately up till now I am still without connection. This meaning I had to spend unnecessary money to buy data and airtime just to make contact with them week after week with no satisfaction .
