Worst service provider ever!

I signed up for a Vumatel fibre and since we already have a previous installation that should have made re-activation that much easier. I paid on the 16th February and the technicians came in once, saw the install and said they'd return with a part. They have not returned since and every time I call Vumatel to enquire, they tell me they'll enquire further and the technicians will be in contact.

I'm beyond frustrated as I use the internet to work from home. Worst service provider ever!
