Worst service provider

Vumatel has some serious issue with regards to outages. We have been off for more than 8 days in Delft Zone 4 area and no-one can give answers as to when we will be connected again. We have children that do online classes. Some of us work from home and this has been a huge inconvenience and then you still expect full payment.
