Worst service provider

I took an order from nov 2022 , feedback from Webafrica is awaiting network completion for 3 months I’ve been getting the same response. This is frustrating, Ive now cancelled and fighting for a refund and vuma has not responded this by far the worst service provider I’ve came across . They’ll also tell you that there’s no coverage (supersonic) but my neighbours are covered. I’m so exhausted and the agents are honestly no help , everything needs to be escalated but no feedback from vuma this is honestly horrible. Just get me both my refunds already so I can leave you guys alone
