Worst service provider

Vumatel is honestly the worst! I haven't had any connection the whole of today and since its so late I'm guessing it will be the same issue tomorrow. Homeconnect said they're waiting for feedback from them since morning, what could be taking so long to atleast check and see what the issue is even if its not gonna be fixed there and then tell me what the issue is and how long before it can be fixed so I can make plans on my end, I've missed a whole day of work and have nothing to even tell them at work because no information is being provided. Worst part is they dont even respond on social media but you see them posting other things, they don't care about customer issues at all. There isnt even a number to call to speak to anyone I guess they're just avoiding dealing with any if us.
