Worst service provider

It's been over a week since I've sent through my Pop but still the finance department can't allocate it to my account, no one knows how long will it take for my line to be activated at this rate i just want my money back this is the most useless service provider ever. No ****s given about us as clients. I'm ****en annoyed by this useless people
