WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!

WORST!!! SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!😡😡😡 I would not recommend Vuma to anyone. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. For six days we’ve been told the same story “someone will call you back” but no one ever does.😡😡

Now that we’ve requested a refund so we can move to another service provider, we’re being told that a refund is not possible. That is completely unacceptable. You are quick to send SMS notifications for payments, yet unable to resolve ongoing service issues.😡

If this matter is not resolved immediately, including processing our refund and arranging collection of your equipment, we will escalate the issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
