WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE FROM VUMATEL

Pure and disgusting service. App**** for Fibre installation last year and promised installation by the end of October 2020. Some problems arose and promised before end of year ( 2020 ). The company closed down for Christmas - still NOTHING???? When queried this year with current service provider ; suddenly now it has come to light??? that the company does NOT want to install , as I live in a Townhouse ( a fact that they were well aware of when the contract was entered into to which they NEVER raised any objection thereto ) - and now they are claiming that I must pay EXTRA for the installation down to my Unit. Have already placed a dissatisfactory comment over Facebook ; which others have done and some even got feedback - however in my case , simply NO feedback or even contact from them????? WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!
