Worst service in the world

Vumatel together with MWEB is a cancer. Ordered the service in November 2017 and after waiting 2 months for them to install the fibre at my complex, they messed it up. Mweb had the package details wrong and the Vumatel line never worked. I have been paying for almost 3 months and no service has been received. After phoning countless times and sending multiple emails, I keep getting the same response "Your enquiry has been escalated and they will get back to you as soon as the problem has been resolved". This literally never happens. If you want to install fibre in your house, please rethink this decision.
