Worst service in SA sies!

Worst service ever... It's a total disgrace to this service provider.. They wifi was down from monday We did receive an SMS stating they having technical issues but the very next day the surrounding residents wifi came back on and ours didn't. We called them more that enough times. All they could say was the red flagging the problem and the tech with call us.. I spoke to someone name thulani.... Omg no comments.... Please gives we need to beg for a service we paying for but when it comes to debit us no questions asked... Catch a wake up...
