Worst Service in history since 2020 May I am asking the same thing.
Latest Ticket ***5. Your installation is scheduled for 15th May 2020 at 3pm. I have been asking for Vuma to repair my ceiling that your installation technician damaged when he fell in the roof since May 2020. Back and forth we go between Vuma and Afrihost. According to Vuma , Afrihost did not log a ticket. (not my problem) I logged it with Afrihost. Please fix the ceiling and take ownership. Your technician fell in the roof and caused the damages.
