Worst service from Vumatel

I have not received any update from Vumatel since last week. Line has been impacted and no internet for that last 10 days since I have upgraded my line from 50 mbps to 500 mbps -

Both providers proving to be incompetant!

1. Firstly experiencing slow response after ugrade 2. After that even line has broken 3. Tried and fedup with contacting Afrihost and Vumatel 4. Waiting much time to get technician 5. They found issue, but still its not yet resolved, if it is one or 2 days fine but this is taking ever and ever... dont know when this going to be resolved
