Worst service from Vumatel

The worst service I have ever experienced fr tom a service provider. Sent in a query for my fibre that isn't working on the 9th of October through m web. A technician was sent out the same day and the finding was made that I needed a new installation cable. I have not heard from them since and have been without fibre for 3weeks now. I even changed from mweb to afrihost thinking it was mweb that had bad service, but the same is now happening with afrihost. I have phoned mweb and afrihost numerous times to try and sort it out with no success.
