Worst service experience ever.
Worst service experience ever. I thought the reviews I read about the company from other customers were an over-exaggeration. Seems like the staff go over and above themselves to frustrate you. When you call the call center, you are kept on hold for ages. Issues that could be resolved easily takes centuries to be resolved. Easily the worst customer service in SA.
