Worst service ever,Worse then Telkom

Worst services ever. I have not have not had internet for 3 days and the maintenance team just keep closing the tickets that are opened. The staff seem to not know what they are doing. They refuse to send anyone to come check. Always have a baldy story about someone attending to the issue.
