Worst Service ever!!!!! More down time than anything else!!!!!

It has been months with the same problem, but the last 3, almost 4 weeks I have had hardly any wifi. Phoning in every day, people making promises and just not sticking to them. This company is very quick to take your money every month but the worst in service and sorting out your problems. When even the team leader promises to have this sorted and promise to have a technician at my house to fix this once and for all and that doesn't even happen!!! Between Home-Connect and Vumatel I don't know which one is worse, because Vumatel apparently just "close" the tickets lodged with them by Home-Connect without even sorting the problem out. People don't waste your money! Avoid Home-Connect and Vumatel as far as you can!!!!! Begging and pleading for a technician to come out is just a waste of my time and effort as Vumatel is only present when they want to sell you their product.
