Worst service ever, horrible and disgusting.

Hi Vumatel can u guys plz refund me my money cos I can not pay something that is not working and keep on telling me I should pay it will work where's there's no such .

I'm tired of begging this vuma to tell their technicians come fix this mess that has happened . Cos now I'm paying R399 but I'm not getting the service and I paid again yesterday so can they plz refund me so that I don't bother them again.

They keep on lying saying they will send the technicians and they don't from the 5th of February till today , I need my money back plz vuma u now playing games that I'm not even interested in. Just pay bck my money ND I leave u guys cos u can't render the service we need.
