WORST SERVICE EVER FROM VUMATEL

This is the worst service provider ever, it has been nearly a month since I placed my order and I am still not connected. I have been on the phone with Vumatel and with Metrofibre and each person gives me a different message. The installation is done, I have my router but nothing has been activated.
