Worst service ever

I haven't even received my installation yet but I already I'm so done with this company, wish I had read the reviews before joining them. Made a payment on the 5th of April and installation was meant for the 8th and there were a no show mot only that but also no communication whatsoever instead I'm running after them on top of it all the agent advised that I email them...guess what? No reply...whatsapp no. is just as useless. I'm no longer even interested in the product and would like my refund.
