Worst service ever

I made payment on the 02/11/2025 I was only contacted to the service on the 21/11/2025..I have asked so many times to be compensated for the days I missed and the Bot keeps directly me to agents that don't even talk on those chats absolutely horrible service I would never recommend this Fibre service to anyone
