Worst service ever.

My Internet connection was off again for 6 days(after already being off the 1st 12 days of Nov 2023, after it went on I was promised an extension on my voucher. Now my internet is off and the active voucher was not extended as promised. I have never in my entire life found a company that gives such bad service and who also refuses to compensate for all additional costs incurred by them as the fault was on their side by being forced to buy prepaid data that costed me double the monthly premium. I want someone to call me today with a solution this problem or open my line so that I may sign up with a new service provider. I will not recommend Vumatel or Cool Ideas to anyone.
