Worst Service Ever

I wish I could give vumatel a lower rating as we have now been 3 weeks without wifi after moving and they will send out technicians who will tell us that the router is the correct one just to update the ticket 2 DAYS LATER stating that it is in fact the incorrect one and needs to be replaced and yet still no one will contact us from their side to help and rectify the situation. And when you call them it is just excuses and promises of escalating the situation but I really doubt they are actually doing that as the problem persists.
