WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

We app**** for fibre line at Vumatel on the 8th of February and were advised it will take 2 - 4 weeks to install. I have been following up with them since the 21st of February, but up to date we have had no joy. No initial call to install the line, no one calling back. No service whatsoever. Do not use this company.
