Worst service ever

I have been struggling to get my WiFi connected back again, it has been 2 months with no WiFi and I keep getting the same story about my payment link having an error, I am currently frustrated and disappointed in vumatel as well as Webafrica. I work from home and my WiFi is essential to my work. I might loose my job because of the no WiFi situation and Vumatel doesn't seem to care about fixing my problem... By far the worst service I have experienced in my life and the Webafrica consultants keep escalation but they don't give me feedback.
