Worst service ever

I usually paid on the 29th of each month and they suspended my service on the 28th Feb, on that same I requested a reference number to pay and was provided with one, went to pay and got a message that says thank you for your payment and ur order is on its way, tried to communicate with them which is very difficult because you have to wait for them to WhatsApp you back, they came back and told me I was supposed to webafrica and webafrica say I must talk vumatel, so nje I don't want their services any more
