WORST SERVICE EVER!

I see that there are over 8000 1 star reviews so this is really just a pointless vent. Vumatel really are the worst service company is RSA, hands down! they seemingly don't care AT ALL about customers. Cant escalate to managers, cant speak to maintenance people, company they have outsourced mtce to phone lines all go straight to voicemail. PATHETIC! Cannot wait to move house and never have to have Vumatel ever again.
