WORST SERVICE EVER

This is by far the worst experience EVER!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM VUMATEL. FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INSTALLATION DEPT, they are rude, *********** and of no help. Installed a second hand router still connected to some other line. We have been without fibre since 1st of May and NO ONE assists
