Worst service ever!!!

Vuma is really disappointing man this is not on!!! I have 2 accounts in Mdantsane and Cape Town. If I have internet in Cape Town there is a problem in Mdantsane. They have a nerve to tell me there is unrest in my area so they cant fix, it has now been 2 days and my children have no wifi, and they are doing matric and use the internet for studies. This is super bad, and there is no unrest in NU 17, it is a very quite area, why lie???? Everytime I have to post a bad review and still nobody cares. Yet they never miss a debit order. Last time I was out of internet for a whole 2 weeks. You just dont have respect for your customers PERIOD!!!!!
