Worst service ever!!

DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!The worst experience ever. No formal number to call. No one to get a hold of should you get any problems with your account t or with your connection. I have been waiting for a refund for over 5 months. They keep saying they have escalated it,but still nobody calls me or rectifies their mistake. The worst service ever. They do not eve deserve a 1star rating
