Worst service ever
Vuma Fly.cool the whole lot. Do not I repeat do not subscribe with them to be your isp, they are the worst. Since this morning I’m unable to get hold of them regarding my connection, my router is blinking red and no one is answering their calls and WhatsApp lines. The one that did, rudely told me to stop calling as she’s in a meeting, how did I know she was on a meeting? I’m changing to another isp

13 Sept 2022, 11:39Yes it’s on right now as we speak and the LOS is blinking red. I restarted the router and left it for 5 min, I checked all cables nothing. Don’t you think it’s wise to call me as I can’t get hold of anyone on the fone to assist
