Worst Service Ever!!!!
If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would. Been waiting since Saturday for a technician to come out but they keep telling me that the ticket should be under maintenance or it's the wrong details. I'm so tired of the back and forth. You either can't get hold of them or they tell you that they can't cancel tickets and it should be done by the ISP when it's the other way around! Why is it so hard just to send a technician to come and fix what needs to be fixed !!!!

Afrihost can't cancel tickets?? I've been back and forth with vumatel and Afrihost. This is do draining!
Why does it need to be such a mission to get someone to come out and have a look?? All of your agents are useless. There's only been 1 that's been helpful, that's been trying to assist but the rest are just lazy and don't know how to do their jobs!!!!!
