WORST SERVICE EVER

This is more than pathetic, aside from the fact that no one knows anything. my wifi has been down for two days!!!! i work from home so this is now affecting my income . Between Vox and Vumatel i dont know who is worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

someone better help me other i am not paying for anything and i will terminate everything! this must be sorted out today,
