Worst Service Ever

If I could rate them NO stars I would. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life and I was with Vodacom for years so that is saying A LOT. Our internet at home went down on Saturday Night - I logged the call on sunday morning with our ISP Vox Telecom. They noted there was a problem with our Fibre line and they will escalate to Vumatel. I dont have enough characters to list how badly this week has gone with incorrectly closed calls (there have been about 3 calls closed incorrectly), they have admitted that the first installation was badly done yet they want us to pay another R1750 to correct their badly installed line (which we paid for the first time!!!!) While on the last call I asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers on the floor???? Explains a lot I guess! I wish I never heard of the name Vumatel - they are ****** who do a SH*T job and make you pay for it twice! Waiting to see if they come out today as promised - I wont hold my breath!
