WORST SERVICE EVER

This is 2017, and we are in Johannesburg - we just want a working viber connection. It's 7 days later - we have at least been on the phone for more than an hour daily (on our own account - because they don't call back, even if they say they will), 3 technicians have been here and WE STILL DON'T HAVE INTERNET. This is supposed to be a company that specialises in this - RIGHT??

This is litteraly the worst service EVER!! I would suggest to definitely use an alternative company...
